For as long as I can remember, I have known I wanted to help people.
Empowering individuals and families to restore balance, experience lasting healing, and embrace whole-body wellness through gentle chiropractic care, functional medicine, and holistic health coaching.
Selah: to pause, rest, and reflect
At Selah Chiropractic + Wellness, we provide gentle, nervous-system-focused chiropractic care,
functional medicine, and holistic health coaching designed to support the body, mind, and spirit.
Our approach looks beyond symptoms to uncover the root causes of imbalance, helping your body heal, adapt, and thrive the way God designed it to.
I have always been drawn to caring for others and dreamed of working in a field where I could make a real difference in someone’s life. For a long time, I thought that meant going to pharmacy school, and I was on that path until my own story and my daughter’s story changed everything.
After walking through my own health struggles and watching my daughter face challenges with chronic illness, I began to see healthcare in a different light. I became discouraged by how often symptoms were managed instead of understood and how little attention was given to the body’s natural ability to heal. Through that experience, I discovered chiropractic care and functional medicine, and for the first time, I found an approach that looked at the whole person — body, mind, and spirit. It completely changed the trajectory of our health and set me on the path I am on today. Selah Chiropractic + Wellness was born out of that journey.
The name Selah comes from the Hebrew word often found in the Psalms, meaning “to pause, rest, and reflect.” During one of the hardest seasons of my life, God kept leading me back to that word. I learned the importance of slowing down, giving my body space to heal, and living from a place of rest instead of depletion. My heart is to create that same space for others — a place where families can pause, breathe, and begin their own healing journey.
Outside of the clinic, I am a mom to my sweet daughter, Helen, who inspires so much of what I do. I love spending time with my family, being outdoors, cooking nourishing meals, and finding little ways to slow down and be present. These quiet, simple moments remind me why I do this work and why I am so passionate about helping others find balance, restoration, and hope.
At Selah, my greatest passion is walking alongside individuals and families who are searching for answers, supporting their bodies the way God designed, and helping them uncover the root causes of their health challenges. My goal is to provide care that creates space for the body to heal and thrive so you can experience lasting wellness and live fully in body, mind, and spirit.
Faith-Led Healing
At Selah, we believe God is the Great Physician and the true source of all healing. Our role is to support the incredible way He designed the body to function and create space for the restoration only He can provide.
Whole-Person Care
Health is more than just the absence of symptoms. We look at the whole person — body, mind, and spirit — to uncover the root causes of imbalance and create space for lasting wellness.
Empowerment Through Education
We want you to understand your body and your health so you feel confident in your care. By equipping you with knowledge and practical tools, we empower you to take an active role in your healing journey.
Family-Centered Wellness
We believe healing is best supported when the whole family is cared for. From newborns to grandparents, we create a space where every generation can thrive together.
Rest and Restoration
Inspired by the meaning of Selah — to pause, rest, and reflect — we value slowing down and creating space for the body and soul to heal.
